I cannot say that I love real estate, the contract terms, the negotiations, the proactive awareness, more than I love skateboarding. I have been skateboarding since I was six years old. What I can promise is that my love of skateboarding will wait while I am the listing agent of your property. I am also an avid surfer, but would never miss a listing appointment for a so-called "board meeting" (surf board meeting). I have many interests, but real estate transactions are my #1 priority. I am a graduate of UC Berkeley and USC LAW SCHOOL and a real estate BROKER in Ca and Utah. My background and legal education give me a tremendous advantage over other agents.
